Unless specified, decks and porches are not included in our standard packages.

We have window and door options, shingle options, fireplaces, bath options,  lighting options, and many other options you may request, plus custom floor plans.

Cape Cods - Bloomsburg, Maryland, Oxford and Harrisburg

Cape Sheds - Milroy, Corning, Salt Box and Numidia

  1. Shed Dormers in the Cape Sheds can be either full or partial length of the home and situated on the front, rear or both. Usually the dormers are seen on the rear only.
  2. A panelized shed is delivered unfinished primarily for the do-it-yourself customer who wants to be more involved. This option also helps reduce costs.
  3. Alternatively, in place of a panelized shed, shed dormers can be bult in the plant as a separate box. This option would include interior walls, electrical boxes, switches, etc., installed bathroom fixtures, carpet or vinyl flooring, tongue-and-groove boards intalled on the rear wall where practical.
