What's included in our package?
Here are some things to keep in mind when comparing our “package” to our competitors.
Our package includes the following:
- Electric wiring, switches, receptacles, lights, etc. – INSTALLED
- Plumbing, copper or PEX plumbing lines, along with kitchen sink and bath fixtures (your choice), pipes including drain line, etc. – INSTALLED
- Oak kitchen cabinets, standard – INSTALLED (Options available - see photo at right)
- Floor covering; vinyl or carpet standard first floor. Options Available: Ceramic tile, carpet and/or padding, or hardwood upgrades.
- Heating systems: electric baseboard or hot water baseboard heat elements standard. Furnaces by others. Check with your dealer for heating and/or air conditioning options available in your area.
We are often asked, “Are these homes really modular?” The answer is YES. Our homes come 70% to 90% pre-built (depending on floor plan). So don’t overlook the LABOR cost which is included in our packages.
Remember that we do custom homes based on your floor plans.
Additionally, we have over 200 options, including fireplaces, whirlpools, patio doors, trapezoid windows, etc. Just let us know what you want.
